1. Drilling: Write out the words to be done with a lettering machine, mount them on the galvanized sheet of the discount outdoor led billboard, and then drill with an electric drill or a bench drill (machining can be used for large areas), and the hole size is determined by customer needs. The spacing depends on the installation height of the discount outdoor led billboard, the size of the font and the production cost.

2. Make characters: Polish the characters with the drilled holes flat on both sides, then weld the sides and spray a layer of paint.

3. Insert the lights: Put the led lights one by one according to the order of the words, you can use the needle nose pliers to clamp the lamp head and plug it into the hole. If the hole on the discount outdoor led billboard is too small to be hard plugged, you can rotate it slightly, or use a standard drill to drill the light hole again.

4. Connection: Use a main line to connect the light string to the power supply of the outdoor led billboard. Each group of lights must be directly connected to the main power line, generally the red one is connected to the positive pole of the power supply, and the black or blue wire head is connected to the negative pole of the power supply.

5. Test and install outdoor led billboard: Transport the discount outdoor led billboard to the site and set up scaffolding for on-site installation.
